I'd say it'll cost between $60 and $100, depending on who does it, and how "raw" the body is. If all it needs is a ribbon and shaping, that's one thing... but a sweatband, pouncing, liner; it all adds up.
John's advice is best. Talk to Art, Optimo, JP... I've lost track of all the guys here who could help you out. Optimo seems to be the go-to-guy here for renovations, but Art is my "fairie-god-hatter". I'm not sure, though, if Art is still working on hats other than his own. It can't hurt to ask him.
