After the Queen Mary this weekend and talking to some of the chaps on board it was requested that I revive this thread so other can see it. So here you have it. Guidelines and Creed to follow promptly.

Read this thread. It could be a while.

They do have pins, and have had them for at least 3 or 4 months. That's when I ordered mine. So, from idea to reality was at most, 5 months.

Oh? Did I say decoder ring? I meant to say rocketpack. Every member should get a rocketpack.

I would be happy to be a part of this club!

Regarding memberships splitting us as a group: I'm a part of this lounge because I want to be, but I'm unable, for example, to attend the Queen Mary event. I don't feel any less a part of the Lounge due to my inability to attend.

If there were an organized club spawned from the FL, and we had the go-ahead of MK, as well as some support from senior members and bartenders, I don't see why we couldn't have a nice little Adventurers' Guild.

Name? I like F.L.A.G. but I also realize the legal drawback.

Because we can't spell out where we started (well, unless MK gives the go ahead), we should still focus on the purpose; adventures around the world, correct? So what about: UAG - United Adventurer's Guild, NAAG - New Age Adventurer's Guild, FAL - Fedorite Adventurer's League. In other words, nothing that would exclude our international brethren.

One more suggestion for a name if I may.

How about, Fedora Lounge Adventurers & Manly Explorers?

I envision a rough-cut arrowhead-shaped pin standing vertically with a Red Flame rising in the center. The word FLAME is inscribed on the obverse as members will know the true meaning of the pin.

The secret password could be as follows:

"[on] The Intrepid Path To Other Eras, We Heroes Are Consuming Knockwurst, Lest Intrepid Laddies Yield."

Party of the 1st, "Tiptoe".
Party of the 2nd, "Whack".
Party of the 1st, "Lily"?
