Pre-Owned - Art Fawcett & Northwest Fedoras For Sale: Great condition

Hello folks,

I will be offering up 5 different fedoras for sale this week. They are in outstanding condition and beautiful works of art (pun intended for some of the offerings. I am going to get some new photos up soon but I have a few I can share now. I am also trying to determine a fair price. I need the room more than the money as I'm certain most of you can relate.

I live in south Texas and because of the warm climate, didn't wear them as much as I'd hoped.

The hats are sized at approximately 7 3/8 and are all made of Beaver except for one. If you are new to the obsession and wish to buy a wonderful hat at a discount, I'd encourage you to consider one of the hats I am offering. Sorry for the lack of details but I'll be updating soon.

This is one of Art's - Featherweight with Silver ribbon. The actual color is a little lighter.

When you say approx. 7-3/8, what is it exactly? Do you have the measurement in inches? I run between 7-3/8 and 7-1/2 @ 23-3/8"....

These aren't my size, but I've purchased custom hats from both Art Fawcett and Mike of Northwest Hats. Great lids in every department; it'd be hard to do better.

If you right-click on it and "Open in New Tab," the Art hat shows up. Lovely dark blue felt, or so it looks, with a silver shark's-gill ribbon.

Probably a poor choice of words on my part. All the hats are 59.3 cm but some seem to fit a little looser than others. I'll be sure to make note of which ones feel a little larger than advertised.

Details: Rabbit felt, Charcoal Flecked (Fepsa) color, Size 59.3 (Long Oval), 2 1/2 inch brim, 4 1/2 inch crown, 1 3/4 brown ribbon, pliable but not quite featherweight. Mike pounded this one pretty soft. * Embarrassingly, its never been worn. It was a trophy hat that I just looked at.

I had an offer for the whole lot but I really would like to spread the love a little. To the person who pm'd me wanting to buy your first VS hat, if the price works for you, its yours. Thank you all for your interest and if anyone wants additional details or photos from a different angle, let me know. Just a quick disclaimer - all of these hats with the exception of the University, have been worn less than 8 times. Borderline shameful, I know. These hats deserve to be worn and seen by the public. I still have 2 Northwest hats, 1 VS & 1 Blacksheep Hatworks left and will make it a point to wear them in the cooler months. It's 99 degrees in the shade as I type this.

They are all beautiful hats... but I just have too many irons in the fire right now.

I really like the VS Steel with the shark's gill ribbon...
