Auerbach & Guettel's The Palace was open from 1888 into the 1960's. I believe one of the Auerbach's was big in early Kansas state politics also.

Somehow the seller was successful in getting a pic of this tag. I have not tried to roll out the sweat.

The original owner must have been Irish. I've never seen the Mc punched before.

The seller said some family members used to operate a feedlot & sale barn for yrs. The hat belonged to an employee & was left there yrs ago.
