Nice collection! I, however, will caution items near the jackets. I once broke the closet's main rod. It was a little scary because it happened when I was sleeping. When I was moving from one house to another, I found some jacket I have forgotten about. It was a habit of mine to lend jackets to people when going to ride or out in the town.

I don't deny for a second I'm an addict. I just have no where near as many jackets as the big guns here so don't think I'm qualified to call myself a collector....maybe addicted amateur enthusiast is a better term?

Yes, it appears that we all have our favorites. In my case it is the Monarch make jacket. As a prolific jacket maker any number of completely different types & models imaginable were made available.

Below are some of my Monarch USN type jackets in two completely different models. To include WW-2 & Korean War era model jackets. Not to mention, just a few of the many from this same make that are within my collection.

Yeah my wife doesn't really care about the quantity, she's more than happy however to tell me which ones she doesn't like (pretty much all). She likes the Bates and the Thedi. She positively hates the cross zips. Every. Single. One. I'm not sure if that's why I prefer the cross zips or not but I think it might make me lean that way.
She would rather see me in some skinny jeans and a drapey nightmare lambskin from one of those God awful styleforum favorites. Which would be so hilariously wrong I'm half tempted to call her on it. No offense to styleforum.

LOL. Might be me. I'm going full blown meatza and some surly IPA tonight. But tomorrow night we have a friends bday and it's going to be in the 50's at night so back to Kavorka? I hope to find out.
