Maybe I'll have a narrower charcoal ribbon, or a matching thin ribbon, put on it? Whaddaya think?

Wanted to post this for some time now but found that I was way too lazy to get the job done...

Here now:

Royal Stetson

Color is a very light gray, almost off white. Felt is very dense and pliable.

Brim: 2 1/4"
Crown (creased): 4 1/2"
Crown (open): 5 1/2"
Ribbon: 1 3/4"

I didn't. I had planned to do a tutorial but then my girlfriend and I parted our ways so there was no one to hold the camera and take the photos... :eusa_doh:[huh]

I'm pretty sure it reminds you of my modded Louis Custom Hatters. It's indeed very simliar but the Stetson is even lighter in color and has a slightly lower crown.

Yep. I love them both. I'll have to see what makes the most sense. It's hard for me to justify two of the same when I am trying to thin out the herd, but these are really nice and tough to think about parting with one.

I purchased and awesome old Borsalino from a fellow lounger a couple of days ago and posted the pics. I love this hat. Meanwhile, I had forgotten about a bid placed on another similar Borsalino on the bay. I won. The second Borsalino came in and...it's not similar...it's identical.

Okay, but the hat presented here looks more like the one I've seen before, rather than the LCH. It's that extremely tight pinch. It sort of burned an impression into my cerebral cortex (or whatever).
