Great looking hat Steve! I just ordered a bespoke hat with similar bow work - I don’t see that offset front bow often enough. .

I’m the same. I thought announcing it publicly would help. “My last hat for a while” or “Now I’m completely out of space” or something. But nope, I just keep acquiring more.

At least at this point my interests are almost entirely pre-1950s hats, so that does help.

Or start-up bespoke, like King’s Umbrella!

I know what you mean by announcing it publicly. I've done the same, hoping (while knowing better) that someone will hold me accountable to my public commitment. I need somebody to scold my azz and say WTH are you doing, son?! But instead, I just get a bunch of compliments and congrats.

I just got through making a slight change to a St. Regis Homburg by dropping the front of the brim just a tad. I love it so much, I now want more homburgs!

Yeah, I can’t even walk down to the corner to check my mail without a hat on. It feels weird. Who knows what the future holds, but I reckon I’m a lifer.
