Looks very nice.

I got my New To Me Stetson 3X Fedora yesterday. It needs a good cleaning and has a couple of stains that I will need to work on. It shows some wear so is more of a casual hat, hence the T-shirt, but I like it overall. The overwelt brim was advertised as "about 2 1/2 inches", but measures at 2 1/4, so I was a little unhappy with that. I don't care for narrow brims. 5" at the front of the center crease. I didn't pay a lot of money for it so I'm good.

It might not be your desired brim width, but I think the dimensions/proportions of that hat as it's currently creased suit you very well.

FED EX sucks! Any chance Fed Ex will do the right thing? Never had a hat come so abused by the delivery. It is a light grey resistol cowboy hat.

After distilled water and attempting to bash out. Still a crinkle in the back. Might work it some more.

This western felt works pretty good when wetted with distilled water.
These Resistols are tuff. Want to add ribbon and trim brim a little. Got to try to catch up to Terry on those conversions. Should make a good field and rain hat.

Take a trip to Portugal in it and visit Joao! You are now the only one here who can compete with his wide brims. If only the show candid camera were still around, you could show up for a series of blind dates in that hat.
