Gentlemen, thanks!Great catches Steur.
Thanks , Mike! Happy Holidays! What a beauty Robert. Love the color.
they are a very cool feature, Steur. No pun intended..... Okay, maybe a little pun intended. That's a beauty allright. Love the diamond shaped ventilation holes on the side.
They are somewhat rare, Perry. I have another that I got a few years ago from Miami Bruno. Totally different hat but just a few years apart.That... is cool. Those gotta be rare.

I wear a size 7-1/2 so I ordered a size L. I think it fits well. It has a cloth sweatband and the brim is 2-7/16" wide.
For $7.99 and free shipping, I'm very satisfied (I see the price has since risen to $19.97). The original price was $89.50.
I might guess earlier ... 30s ?Stylepark Velour (black felt)
Tagged a 7, fits like a 7 1/8. Has an unreeded sweat. Raw edge brim. Hat is flawless minus the faded liner and side tag that broke off behind the sweatband. I'm thinking 40s timeframe?

I know Kohlbecks was started by Frank Kohlbeck in 1876
Pretty sure it closed in 1999 when his great granddaughter and her husband retired
possibly a Templeform by Stylepark?...can you make out any of the text on the tip?
Very cool hat brother
