Non Air-Light early Stetson Whippet

Grossergrain ribbon and double stitched lines.

Echter Rockel Velour, size 59cm, new old stock. Really fantastic colors (felt, liner, ribbon) and Velour finish. Thinking early 50s but it has an earlier form.

Not such bad bites from this angle. Great denim color. The brim stitching looks much like my similar vintage Stetson Standard but with ribbon binding too. Very nice!

B. Flechet Lightweight Velour

A time capsule hat in better shape than many new hats. Ultra-lite short, Sigma-style Velour.

This was in plain view on ebay and no one bid I had to rescue it at the last second.

Robert, Wow! Two great finds! The felt looks amazing on B. Flechet Lightweight Velour. It does look like a JHS Sigma.

Jeff, Thanks! It has a fantastic finish and I especially like the color. Also the felt is pliable so no steam needed for crease and dents (came open crown).
