Bella, I would count that as owning.
MK...so, out of curiousity, what is this info for (advertisers I know,) but, is this for a specific advertiser?

Its pretty bad now, I see many homes up for sale and no buyers.
I would like to get out but its bad right now, single guy with one pay check doesnt make it, I'm thinking retirement so best save as much as possible.
Maybe R.V. is the way to go [huh]

In my town small condos start at $600,000 and homes get $1.5 million and up! It's a beautiful place with a nice small town feel but my wife and I will not likely own here. Thinkin' about Oregon lately...closer to my source for classy hats...

Yeah, the Los Angeles area isn't far behind. I could find a shack in a bad neighborhood for $300K, but right now I can't even afford that.

Thinking about Oregon, too. I loved it when I last visited there.

Whoops, Gerald Ford was President when I last visited there...

My brother bought in LA (in Mar Vista) right before real estate prices SKYROCKETED. He paid upper $300s for a condo that is now worth more than twice that - and it's been about 5 years.

5 years ago I lived in a rented two bedroom two bathroom in West Hollywood for $1200/mo, big, bright, lots of windows. I hear you can't do that anymore. Too bad I had to move - it was rent controlled!

I plan to buy a place next year or ASAP. Not that I can afford anything very nice, but I'd rather rule in hell... or something like that anyway. With pets and painting the walls and gardening.
