Please identify the coat in the pic

Can anyone give me the style of coat worn by Inspector Japp (far right) in this picture? Is it simply a trench coat? There has to be a more specific tyle? MacIntosh? Seems like it would be a waterproof overcoat, but it sure looks good over a suit.

Looks to be just your standard garden variety trench coat/overcoat as it looks long enough in that pic. A Mackinaw coat is just over waist length, about to the upper thigh or so in length.

This appears to be a wool topcoat.

This may be a raincoat, but not a trench coat as there are no epaulets.

It's a mackintosh. waterproof and at the time, worn as much to protect the clothes from the dirty London fog as anything else.

Any idea where I could get one? I've checked their website (mackintoshrainwear.com) and all they have are new, trendy designs. Is this fabric rubberized, or coated cotton?
