Bummer that this happened, I've kidda steered away from zippered stuff when getting it from overseas cos of such potential issues.

I'm hoping for the best for the op as thus really shouldn't have happened, I hope Aero makes it right.

All the best to the OP.

The lower left tooth slid down. You can try to fix it, put it back in place and soak the tissue around the tooth with epoxy.
A slipped tooth was my first thought too - perhaps as a consequence of not having fully engaged the male side of the zipper before pulling the slider up so needing extra force to open it. Hookless zippers look great and are fine when operated carefully but are susceptible to damage if not properly engaged before operation. There are multiple posts on TFL and elsewhere detailing the risks and consequences. No self repair should be attempted without advice from Aero Leather otherwise any warranty will possibly be invalidated and the jacket could also be damaged.
Eg The epoxy idea could damage the jacket and shouldn’t be needed.
If a self repair is the only option the tooth can be gently shifted back with a thumb nail or a pair of snipe nosed pliers and then squeezed gently with the pliers to re- grip the tape. A thin wrap of gaffer tape or similar on the jaws of the pliers will prevent the tooth being scratched.

Pliers can squeeze and damage the tissue and then the tooth will not hold at all. The most correct option to solve this problem with Aero

Yep you’re correct - that’s just what I said - working with Aero is the best course of action.

I went on to say that if self repair was the only option etc. Eg with vintage jackets.

Incidentally brass zipper teeth can take it but aluminium ones are brittle and can’t. I’ve transplanted brass teeth onto zipper tapes with missing teeth many times and saved myself a mint.

I leave a post too late. The zipper problem was solved well by Aero. Thanks to them for a satisfactory solution.
Their good jackets and quality are also famous in the Korean internet clothing community.
And thank you to all of you for the comments and information.
We hope that everyone will do their best in the global epidemic of Corona.
