It is on my list .......the ads are fairly easy to do but the booklets present a problem as does the framed art and large ads (many of the 30's ads and those from the Saturday Evening Post are large format, larger than the standard scanner bed).
While I cannot revive the thread "single handedly" I do have a nice selection of ads running from to 20's to the early 60's. I also have catalogs and men's store fashion booklets as well as hat advertising matchbooks.....
All in all a nice selection of "ephemera" as they say in the collecting world.

PS I have had some nice offers to assist in getting the booklets done. A few I have are quite rare......

Good to see you posting Anthony. I’ve missed your knowledge and fantastic hats, of which this is another. I guess “plastic” doesn’t have the same connotations as it does today. I’d like to handle one of those someday just to get a feel for the felt.

Anthony, dang that is a stunning lid! I was going to use the word "cool," but refrained as I imagine the hat may be warm. Chuckling and entertaining myself this evening.
