Yes, I think they're great too.
I still have to get in touch with them. I just asked by email whether it would work without the inner jacket.
In terms of weight, I'm not so sure whether it's really that heavy. I don't think the chamois-tanned leather is necessarily heavy (but not light either ;-))
I came across this tannery from an Instagram account that makes newsboy caps from this leather. Also very cool. But I'm not sure if that's not overkill in combination with leather jackets.

Good point about shedding the inner jacket. I am not a fan of zip-out liners and rather layer with a thick jumper or hoodie. Reduces the bulk of the jacket to.

Chamois tanned deer is really special. I love how it ages and gets darker with wear. Incredible stuff! I recently lost 5kg, and now my old Meindl "Lederhosen" fit perfectly again!

Which company are you talking about exactly?

Sometimes I am forced to start a thread for a particular jacket, solely to share the photo, even though the photo probably does not warrant a thread of its own.
Any guess for the maker, leather ?

Fit looks fine to me in terms of width if you want that slightly more relaxed, 1950s look. Though it's definitely too long all around. Looks like you're in a shop I'd love a browse in, though!

Not my style at all and I wouldn't wear them either, and yet I think they're very cool.

I do like the artwork. I'd love to have a jacket with some sort of back art or patch. Maybe in future.

Very cool indeed. At least US one-percenters wouldn't have a problem with these MC insignia. They might be envious of the gorgeous graphics though.

Mn, I wouldn't risk it... It still claims a territorial link, even if offshore, which might be considered an encroachment on another club's turf. When Zakk Wylde merchandised his silly faux-colours jackets a few years ago, they caused trouble in the Midlands over here with some of the local dominant MC who took offence at them. Still, less likely to land the wearer a hiding than those fake HA cuts I've seen on both eBay and Etsy. I'm surprised those haven't bee shut down already, given the HA's legal wing are very active in protecting their intellectual property.

No idea on the leather. The jacket is a Belstaff Mustang. Doesn't appear to be in their current collection. I've seen them still selling on eBay for in the region of two grand, though. AFAIK it's one of their fashion line, not their (far superior, yet better priced) motorcycling line. I'd say there are vastly better jackets out there at am red affordable price - YMMV.
