Lol, I was watching Heimatdamisch "Sweet Child of Mine" yesterday on Youtube and was wondering when Lederhosen will make their entrance on TFL. Well, here they are...:). Heimatdamisch is great, too. :)

If you'd ask me my opinion on leathers sports coats, id say I hate them. But I actually think I could pull this one off. Black Sign calls it their wild goat butler jacket. That wild goat certainly looks spectacular. View attachment 282528 View attachment 282529 View attachment 282530 View attachment 282531 View attachment 282532
I like the folded down small stand collar and the raw hem, I like them better without all the pockets though. the chest pocket trim is especially look bad on it way too wide and doesn't look in the same style like the rest of it.

Double Helix jackets look good when shot flat, but they seem to fit strangely on the guy they always use as a model.

I am guessing due to new and stiff leather. I tried many Double Helix styles while in Japan and they fit fine and are very nice. None are a pre worn type finish or come already soft, like a Thedi for instance.

That Beck is a perfect example of how much better most modern jackets are. I mean other than it’s old it looks very well made and it’s a killer design that has been recreated and/or tweaked to death. It’s fantastic. But how thin it looks and it doesn’t have super intricate stitching from what you can tell at least. Super cool for sure, but today’s jackets in terms of build quality are mostly just better. Of course we can quibble which makers and some classic makers cranked out some great constructed jackets like a lot of Cals. I just mean overall.
