This tease from Jeansda in Japan isn't fair:

Here's another great one:

They call this their 2-way single riders jacket in midnight blue. The shirt collar is removeable to make it a mandarin style cafe racer. Two for the price of one.

Great jacket. Shame about the rest of the film.

I like that top pocket. I've often toyed with the idea of a Winter, warm-lined version of a Bootlegger with an unzipped top pocket like that for stowing gloves.

While it's not something I can see myself buying, I do find the concept interesting. That hide looks lovely.

Any idea what this one is - or its age? Looks very British to me, probably TT or one of the legion of British makers that were around back in the day. I'm intrigued by this style recently in part because it's become so popular among companies making retro-looking motorcycle gear with modern protection built in. Thing is, all the retailers keep claiming this to be a style that was around in Britain in the 50s, though I've never seen that combination of cross-over front with Mandarin collar on anything much earlier than the Lewis Monza, first introduced in the early 70s. Earlier (30s/40s) German halfbelts I have seen with mandarin collars, as well as early German bike jackets; I wonder if this is the true earlier root rather than 50s British bike jackets. Course, these were, I seem to recall, based on the top half of 50s racing one-piece suits worn in the UK, so maybe that's where the confusion set in....

I hated this movie (JL). DC hero films take themselves waaay too seriously. I think Marvel is really hitting a good stride with the humor added (Guardians/ Ragnarok). I will say that Teen Titans Go to the Movies was surprisingly entertaining.
