Penney's Marathon for sale!

I've decided to sell another hat from my collection. I present for your consideration a beautiful Tan Penney's Marathon. The hat is fantastic. It is clean, the felt is soft and pliable, the leather sweatband is subtle. The size is 7 1/4. The original size tag of 7 1/4 is still attached. As well as the original price tag of $4.98. Also behind the sweatband is a reorder tag, and another tag which indicates the hat is Water Repellent treated. If you have any interest please send a PM. Beautiful hat, and I'd take it if it was a 7 5/8. But I have a pumpkin head, so I miss out on so many nice vintage hats...

Wow! That's a real looker. I have been in the market for an Open Road and that seems to be very similar in appearance AND it's in my size. I LOVE the diamond bash! shakeshead

Just a note for possible newbies, but a Marathon in this style was what Jeff Bridges wore in the movie Seabiscuit. The Seabiscuit hat is owned by our own Art Fawcett.
