Thomas F. Hirt Hatter Superior quality custom western. It measures at a size 7 3/8. This is a soft western felt without a stiff core like most modern western hats. Send me a PM if you’re interested and we can confirm sizing too.

I am determined to get my count down to 90. I have 3 display cases that hold 30 each. Right now I'm at 96 (39 straw and 57 felt). To start whittling down the numbers I'm giving this project hat away. The brim is just too wide for me at 3 1/2" all around. The crown is 4" all around.

I have removed what would jokingly be called the sweatband with the intent of sizing it down to fit me. It's got to be a 7 3/8 and I'm closer to a 7 1/8.

Very nice! Arts hat usually have a stamp on the sweatband. The stamp is very light and can often only be found if you’re really looking for it and if viewed at the correct angle. Someone is getting a great hat!

Hi guys, just wanted to pay forward a kindness (in the form of a hat) that was originally given to me by the wonderful @deadlyhandsome. A vintage Disney, size 7 1/8, 2 3/8“ brim. See post #27 on page 2 of this thread for more pix.

This second hat is an akubra stylemaster, size 57, acorn color, 2.5” brim. i’ve worn it a handful of times but it’s just not my style so hopefully it goes to someone who can get more use out of it.
