Gets My Vote

Ummmm... JP, as if you didn't know, they grow oranges here too... and they rival the ones Florida grows! Ever hear of a smudge pot? I guess not.
When I say a cool climate, I mean about 75 in the day and about 45 at night! Perfect for what I have in mind and it doesn't include snow.

Whilloughby... you're sold on that name... say, are you getting some kind of kick-back from some guy named Whilloguhby? lol

Moonlight Valley... it kind of sounds nice to me, I don't think it sounds like an adult entertainment town... but, if that's what you think about most of the time then, I guess it does.lol Jab, Jab!:D
I vote for Stardust Falls!;)

I really dig the name Stardust Falls. Nostalgic with just the right amount of the mystical about it. Stardust Falls gets my vote.

I'll be the guy who pushes your wheelchair around.;)

If that job's taken, I'd like to be the railroad watch inspector, based in town close to the train station facing the tracks.

Regards! Michaelson

Howdy, all. I represent the La Moderna Music House - "Everything for the Edification of the Ear", that's our motto. We handle all major radio-phonograph lines plus parts, repairs and everything for the experimenter. We deal in Victor-Brunswick-Columbia-Decca Records, Buescher and Conn band instruments, Chickering pianos and all the latest song sheets.

I'll vote for Tony for local machine boss, just on the strength of that fur-collared overcoat.

Thank you Jazzman! It's nice to see some one around here has a thread of taste. ;)

I also like the name "Apex" they made great appliances in the 20's to the 40's... so, how about... Apex Valley or, if you guys want a more early Depression town, we can always have another "HOOVER Ville" HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! lol

Seriously now, how about some of these...

Greens Berg.

Pleasant Valley

Blossom Falls

Ridge Berg

Riverton Hights

Waterton

Shangri la

Williams Berg

Wilson Valley

Pinkertown

Pleasant Valley

The local rock group down the street
Is trying hard to learn their song
Serenade the weekend squire, who just came out to mow his lawn

Another Pleasant Valley Sunday
Charcoal burning everywhere
Rows of houses that are all the same
And no one seems to care

See Mrs. Gray shes proud today because her roses are in bloom
Mr. Green hes so serene, he's got a TV in every room

Another Pleasant Valley Sunday
Here in status symbol land
Mothers complain about how hard life is
And the kids just dont understand

Creature comfort goals
They only numb my soul and make it hard for me to see
My thoughts all seem to stray, to places far away
I need a change of scenery

Ta ta ta...

Another Pleasant Valley Sunday
Charcoal burning everywhere
Another Pleasant Valley Sunday
Here in status symbol land

Another Pleasant Valley Sunday...

Stardust Falls reminds me too much of the Stardust in Vegas and it is soon going to fall as it is razed and replaced by some luxury hotel---probably with hot and cold running debauchery. :eusa_doh: :p
Thyme stop?! What, everybody who lives there has to grow Thyme? :eusa_doh:
Lucky Valley?! and several others just show you still aren't getting away from the Vegas mentality. :p

Regards,

J

No, your mind is stuck in Vegas! You know how many songs from the golden era are named from stars and that kind of thing? Get your mind out of the gutter buddy! lol

Thyme Stop is a play on words... nevermind:rolleyes:
