Got an offer from the seller of this Rand's (made for Billy Martin's in NYC) for $45 shipped. Couldn't pass it up (even if it doesn't fit). Will work for my wife or daughter or will be trade bait.

This is probably old hat to most of you, but has been exciting for me. Im waiting for a return text about a John Wayne Stetson and. Straw jat from American Hatters, with a wrangler thrown in for $40. Im going to stop in the thrift store then buy a powerball.

I was bummed when I found out it didn’t fit Garrett (I was more bummed that it wasn’t a 7 5/8 as listed and it didn’t fit me). I’m glad that it’s going to a good home. I don’t know when I would have worn it, but I really liked that hat.
