What more can I say!?

Oh well, with some of the linings and knits replaced, it is really hard to tell whether tags are originals anyway. For the price that this person is asking, you certainly need an expert to examine the authenticity to begin with.

I did not think to buy any of them, for me it is very expensive. The fact that knitting and lining are replaced is obvious.
I was just surprised at this price.

The first jacket 332nd Bomb Squadron.
There is not much history written on this or any or the others listed but basic stuff. For the price I would expect the full lot down to the crews aircraft serial number and how many rivets used to be honest.
The back painting. This may indeed be original, my opinions on that are based on: if it was a purposely faked jacket I would imaging a more glamorous gal riding a bomb Vargas style rather than an airman's comment on the day.
The other jackets, yes lots of replacement knits on show and what about a mint condition blood chit and chest patches that are not really consistent with the jackets wear. No more from me on these points or it will become boring. Don't know if I would bid $2000 to be honest.

He's just trying his luck with a ridiculous price...

I agree ... I looked at his other items in his seller raiting. He had never before sold jackets or vintage clothing - his goods are toy trains.
Perhaps this is why such astronomic prices...By the principle: "What if?"
