Online Business Opportunities

Hey Everybody,

I was wondering if any of you have any ideas for a clothing / grooming related online business. I know this is a very open ended question and apologize for not having a narrower focus. I enjoy clothing and like the idea of having extra income on the side and have been thinking of something along these lines. I guess there is the traditional ebay/selling the clothing directly approach but was wondering if there are any other approaches. Thanks a bunch for any responses.

It should be up and running on June 6th.

Basically it's an outlet for me for all of my vintage reproduction/ vintage inspired clothing designs. I'm putting out two qualities of clothing. Full vintage w/ proper notions/ hardware and also period appropriate fabrics/ prints/ colors, etc. The other quality is sort of an everyday item. It will be at a lower price point and in modern fabrics w/ vintage flair.

Keep in mind that there's a lot more overhead that goes into a web business than just selling on Ebay - specifically the web design/coding/updating and hosting, and your setup for accepting payments. Ebay isn't always ideal, but it does take many of these responsibilities out of your hands and offers greater visibility.
