I bought this handsome Borsalino fedora some years ago. Full size brim Borsalinos in size 58 were/are difficult to find. The taupe/tan color looks good but I prefer darker colors. Nevertheless I've kept it because it is such an excellent example of quality, golden era fedoras. I plan on parting ways with it soon but wanted to share it here. I'd be interested in opinions on the age. I'm guessing that it has to be at least mid 50's since stingy brims became in fashion later. What say you?

Wow! A great hat.

I agree with Vic. I have been noticing the text in the swoosh below Borsalino appears in 50s hats. There is at least one OPS tag Borsalino with that format.
