2. They don't believe in Santa Claus.
3. They are Santa Claus.
4. They look like Santa Claus.

If you ask me, I am still in Stage 1.
If you ask my grown up sons, they still believe I am in 3.
If you ask my wife? Stage 4 - if I do not shave off the mo!!!!

I grew a full beard once, couldn't stand it... partly because it was itchy and partly because there was more white than anything in it... so I doubt I'll ever reach stage 4. Of course, with my build, and unfortunate hobbling at times (bad back) I'd look more like Gandalf than Santa if I grew my beard back out.
