Obscure leather jacket brands

I'm into japanese denim and have most of those brands, Iron Heart, Samurai, PBJ and my personal favourite ONI. And they have a very normal array of sizes.

Yes, the ones that sell to the West certainly seem to have an array of sizings up (I'm currently in a 44 which is touch and go for a lot of vintage-repro stuff in the West too); 'm not sure I could walk into a store in Tokyo and fitg into anything - but I intend to damn well give it a try one day!

BANKROBBER-Japan. That is all I know about them.

I really like that. I think it would look a lot better if the leather panels were black rather than tan (Japanese designers seem to me to be very keen on high-contrast like this), but I'd probably still wear it as is. Nice piece.

There has been some discussion in the past as who is behind the block-bilt firm nowadays. Have you handled their jackets?

Helstons of France look interesting - www.helstons.net . A very established French brand. A lot of the jackets are a bit too 'branded' for my preferences, but they dop have some nice looking, plain cafe racer types. The gloves ared of particular interest to me, being the closest I've seen to a proper motorcycle glove but with a bit of significant protection - and many models are CE1 approved, at that.
