People are expressing a lot of hesitation about the color of that hat.
I suspect the right combination would "tame" the hat and most people
would say, 'oh, that's cool'. Imagine, for example, a FQHH Aero jacket
in Cherry. Tony, show us what you plan to wear with it.

I suggest you avoid ordering a pink Utilikilt to go with it.

My wife still wants it, BTW. I *gotta* stop showing her hat pix! I think she has the hat bug worse than I do! I know I'm buying more hats off of eBay for her than I am for myself - but then I've got more of the custom hat bug than the eBay hat bug, if you know what I mean!

Oh, and I did get her a pink fedora off of eBay now, so she's no longer unhappy that I didn't spot this one you've so nicely re-done.

Will I wear it? You bet I will. Not every day, of course, but I'm a fan of pink, and other "girly" colors. Pastels are great. I expect it'll get worn tonight, along with my red eelskin pointy-toed boots (hee haw!) and perhaps that turquoise pleated-front shirt and some black jeans and a black-and-white check jacket. Or something like that, anyway.
