Couldn't resist, ;) this Resistol 7-1/4 Self-Conforming Roundup still in the box with a couple of easily repaired moth dings for $10, as I said; not really mah thing, but a bloody nice hat.

depends on where

the dings were all on the edge of the brim at the front, and quite gruesome, so a judicious application of an emery board shaved the brim back enough for them to blend in, this can also tidy up some that aren't too conspicuous if they aren't too deep, otherwise there are threads here about how to tease the felt into the hole etc etc

I like a western hat every now and then for certain occassions, too.
I go to TN. every summer for vacation/reunion and it is my favorite thing of the year to do, I have western boots but have never owned a western hat.:eusa_doh: I planned to take care of that soon but Deelovely beat me to it...:eusa_doh:

I love cowboy hats if they aint too wide a brim.

Personally I'd prolly do a front shwoop and pinch on that thing. With a little flip up in the back. More fedora like, flattening out the sides.

I really like the band.

Cool
