Vintage hat body early 1950's. 3 inch whipstitch brim treatment done a bit deeper and wider then Mikes usual whipstich. 6 inch open crown creased and pinched by Mike to centerdent with fairly narrow pinches. 12 linge dark burgundy ribbon with matching burgundy whipstich thread. I like the colour combo, the contrast looks great (at least on my monitor!) What is the plan on the bash? Will it have a Western tinge to it?

I think it looks good, too. Are you going to have it shipped open crown or let Mike replicate the bash of your older hat?

Are you still going with both the leather hat band and a ribbon so you can switch out whenever the need/whim arises?
