I recommend John Galt. He's done some hats for a few Loungers, including myself. His work is really good too. He just finished another one for me and it's on the way. John's a good guy to work with.

My NW Hat arrived today. Perfect fit and finish! 2 1/2" bound brim and 5" open crown. Undyed beaver with 1 3/4" "kangaroo" hat band and edge binding.
