This just arrived today from the outlet in MO and it is just too much hat for me. It is marked 7 5/8 but is definitely 7 1/2 in actuality. I can not find a flaw anywhere. Asking $155, shipped. That's what it cost me.

Just to be clear - although marked 7 5/8 it is one size smaller - therefore it will not fit my 7 5/8 pumpkin? This is a factory second from the outlet?

That is correct. I measured it out this morning to 23 1/2. Probably why it ended up in the outlet.
