New Mushmans x Jelado East West "Papaya" Jacket: Brace yourself!

Mushmans has just released a new collaboration with Jelado. Someone here will know far better than me, but I believe this is a repro of an East West jacket? The jacket pictured at Mushmans' site is buffalo in "papaya". Apparently, this is up for order now and the illustrations will be somewhat customizable.

I think it's fantastic, in a 1960s/70s way. Reminds me of the Nudie outfits designed for Gram Parsons. I'm trying to work out how you'd wear nowadays and spend not most of your time defending/explaining yourself. Also, that price tag converts to £2,500, or $4,000! *faints*

I'd be okay with that - it's kind of hullucinatory fairytale. I'm guessing this is kinda expensive though, and if you're willing to pay the price, maybe they'd make it with 'beaks shut'.
