Nice home. Looks like a nice price also. Here in San Francisco, you couldn't buy a single with a bathroom down the hall for that starting price.

Well Seyferts is now literally dust as they pulverized the plant into well dust. Power's hambergers are good if you're hungover. And if you're not, you'll feel like you are after you eat one.

No, I do miss an occational coney Island hotdog, Debrands chocolates and Old Crown Roasters coffee. Oh and as to pizza it was Olie's for me.

besides that... no not much to miss. Don't miss the snow for sure

Yep, that is your typical starter home out here at a price of about $600,000.
I suppose it is a good deal if the location is somewhere you know and the area is nice. I hope you and your new home are a good fit. :cheers1:
