Need some help with editing, please!

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

I know that I rarely write here because nowadays I don't have much free time. However, I have a favour to ask you. I hope you'll be understanding and won't ban me for this request. The thing is I'm applying to one of the US Universities and you are the only people who could help me with my essays. Professors at my home University (in Russia) don't have time to proofread my essays or simply tell me that it's not their responsibility to do that. Unfortunately, that's how it works here in Russia, nobody wants to do smth they are not paid for.

It've been dreaming about studing in the US for years, and now I finally have an opportunity because of the scholarship provided for student from Asia. I don't want to waste it. I've been working really hard. I got 8 on my IELTS exam ! And I really hope to get the scholarship.

So my question is: Could somebody (a native speaker of English) proofread at least one of the required essays and make some corrections? Tell me your ideas? If you are ready to help me, please put down your email address and the title of the essay. And I'll send it to you (I don't want to post it online)

The essays that need correction:
- Statement of Objectives
- Biographical Essay
- Leadership Certificate Program essay
- Preaparedness for studyng in intercultural environment

My wife said that she would be able to help you with the biographical essay. A former university english professor should be right up your alley. If you need someone who doesn't know anything about english then ask for me.

Scott, Russian is my native language and I need to write my essays in English as I'm applying to the US! So if someone from your family could help me with my essays writen in Englsih, please let me know! The person doesn't need to be a professor I just want a native speaker to have a look at my essays. Katue, which University are you applying to? Also, if it comes down to it and nobody volunteers to read over the Leadership essay, I could be your "last resort" being in multiple career fields that require a heavy leadership presence.

Jonny, I'm applying to the University of Hawaii. It's the only school which actually provides scholarships for Russian students.
