Need a Good Shoe Cobbler in the USA

I have some shoes that need new soles and heels on them. All of the good shoe repair shops around here closed long ago. I had a bad experience with a mall-type show repair shop years ago and would like to find a very good one.

I'm in the metro Atlanta, GA area, but I don't mind shipping out of state. Does anyone have some suggestions of some very good cobblers?

This guy up in Cumming, GA does shoe & other leather repair.
I've been to his shop for leather jacket repair. His shoe works looks good tho I have not had any done.
I will be taking my next re-soling work to him.
