Navy sailor collar dress

I got this on ebay and alas, it just doesn't fit at the underbus point. I paid about $18, so offering it on for $18 plus actual shipping.

This is such a Gorgeous vintage dress!!! It's navy blue, has a flap that buttons up at the tummy with 4 buttons, has a taffeta lining, has very pretty sleeves with buttons on each cuff, has a tailored fit with a semi pleated waist, has a metal zipper on the side, has a collar that's rounded in the back and V's down in the front with a piece of material (I forgot what this piece is called) (a dickie?)at the chest, inbetween the collar that is buttoned on which makes for a very versatile look.
With the dickie ~ Conservative
Without the dickie ~ Flirty.
This dress is in Mint condition and the quality is amazing.

Size: No tag but looks like a S or M, but please check measurements.


Material: No tag and I am not sure.
