No kiddin' that seems a bit steep.
I have soaked silk ties in naptha and it seemed to work pretty well.
By the way -- the two spellings, "naptha" and "naphtha," seem to be used interchangeably. Is one more "proper" than the other? It's all the same thing, regardless of which spelling is used, ain't it?
