Just arrived today and better than I expected for a vintage 1930s print. The frame needs to be refinished but all in good time,....:)

That's really neat, Nick! Parrish is one of my favourites, along with Waterhouse.

Congratulations on your treasure!

Daybreal is one of my favourite Parrish prints as wel...

I have a large (modern) litho of Daybreak here awaiting framing. I should get to it soon, but then again I've said that about all the other lithos I have "in waiting". I just don't have the wallspace for all of them! :(

Thanks all. It's 17-1/2 x 9-1/2 inches, on the smallish side, but not microscopic. It is by The House of Art, so it's 1930s vintage I think. The frame was finished to compliment the print in brown and blue with gold highlights. I'll take the backing off and start restoration today,...and find that hidden 1,000 dollar gold certificate I've always dreamed of finding. :)

The antique store down the road from me has the same exact print in their window and I always stop to admire it.
Exact? As in size, frame, everything??
I wonder if it was maybe a standard retail package produced by The House of Art? Maybe in several sizes? [huh]
