One thing that modern issue A2, G1s, and dress uniforms in general are all missing is scalloped pockets. Look at this jacket and say it ain't so!

Super fit and of course, needless to say, the jacket too. If you guys made this, you have my congratulations.

Okay, I've reached a conclusion that I am unable to see this seal brown colour. Both this jacket and the one from the classifides look completely black to me. Brown I'm just not seeing.

I can definitely see the brown. Look at the second and last pic, it shows there. Superb fit, by the way. Like Bunyip said, looks to suit your build perfectly.

My dustbowl's the same one-step-from-black seal brown - it's so dark you only see the brown in v strong sun light or with a photo flash. Very nice jacket, though, at the right price I can see people going for this sort of thing.

I like your Werber-inspired A2. I used to own two russet ones made by GW and always like the design. This was the last contract where top stitching was used at the waistband and the collar hook was sewn in by hand.

Still, As I said in another forum, the jacket is good, but, the colour is not a exact repro. In history, the Werber should be in russet instead of seal brown. But still, apart from the colour, it is a great work.
