I like very much the zip sleeve and the front york, it give a lot of character . I enjoy. I ordered this pattern after I've seen your great pictures about your Zip sleeve jacket.
thanks so much.

Nice variation on the standard Highwayman Colorado, looks a great fit too.

Enjoy the breaking in period - I can smell the new horsehide from here :)

Cool. It looks like a really great fit!
The hide looks so good, its a knockout!

Btw, did you ask specifically for the zippers on the sidepockets?
I never specified about the sidepockets and got no zips. (wich fits me)
Just curious.

Thanks for the pictures.

Hi GriffDeLaGriff,
It's thanks to you, you had written previously that you hadn't have zippers on the sidepockets when you received your jacket. So I specified to have it. I confirm you that the request should be made.
Thanks again for your advice about zipped arms.

IMO the length of the jacket is just perfect, I was admiring how it perfectly fits...and I'm also a little envious because my HWM is a little too large and I don't look as good as him with that.

It's a lovely jacket, but (and I'm not trying to be rude) isn't it about 2 inches too short in the torso?

No - IMHO you have to take into consideration that he's wearing a modern "low" rise jeans .... for example: My recent acquisition is a Bills Khaki Model M1 - WWII cut and fairly high waisted - and "suddenly" my Windward look "almost" too long :eeek: ... no not really ... just perfect and I love it! :)
