Jings, I missed this back when!

Thx, gents! I had them leave off the front yokes, and requested a single, slanted chest pocket with a ball chain puller. It's not quite a 30s HB, nor a Hercules. But it's pretty much everything I was looking for in a straight zip HB. (Love the waist and back pleat detailing)

I bought mine in 2014; we had pretty much the same changex made. I'd started out looking at the Speedster, but decided I really wanted the three-panel back look of the Dustbowl, but with the plain front. I also had a single inner-pocket put in mine, on the right breast; drill cotton lining in red, while the hide on mine is the black Horween Bison - lovely stuff.

If I was having it remade, I'd only change one thing: I'd see if I could have a bigger angled breast-pocket fitted, like the one on the Bootlegger. This one is on the small-side, and I like a big phone...

Edward, I totally agree with your mod choice. I'd either do that or request to have the existing sized pocket positioned horizontally rather than at an angle. Sometimes it kinda bugs me. Oh also if I were to do it over again I'd do it in the Vicenza HH. The standard fqhh is a total beast!

I really like the angle.... though in fture if you're gonig for a horizontal pocket, think about the bigger one as on the HWM; I've had a halfbelt with the smaller horizontal one, and for anything bigger than a cigarette pack, it's not much use. Looks lovely, but it'll never take a wallet...
