How about a glock?lol lol

Glock made a revolver?

Considering the price Deelovely is going to extract for that hat, you may want to hock the Glock. :D

You know, that Indy looks a tad small now that I've reviewed the pictures. Send it over to Dallas and I'll have it stretched for you before Christmas 2008.

That is one NICE looking hat... on one NICE looking man!! <a href="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fwww.smileycentral.com%252F%253Fpartner%253DZSzeb008%255FZNxmk572YYUS%2526i%253D11%252F11%255F5%255F11v%2526feat%253Dprof/page.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/11/11_5_11v.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D11%252F11_5_11v/image.gif"></a>

So.... now that you have the hat you wanted so much, you can turn your focus toward a 'Stop Staring' dress for me and maybe a work of 'Art' to go with it! <a href="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fwww.smileycentral.com%252F%253Fpartner%253DZSzeb008%255FZNxmk572YYUS%2526i%253D11%252F11%255F4%255F123v%2526feat%253Dprof/page.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/11/11_4_123v.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D11%252F11_4_123v/image.gif"></a>

I am getting a work of 'Art' to go with it!!:D :D  :whistling

That is one sweet lid. I have worn my Adventurebilt all over the place; on the Inca Trail in Peru, climbing over the ruins of Palenque, under drenching rainstorms in San Cristobal las Casas, and even to the local Starbucks. It always keeps its shape perfectly!

Regards, KC
Do you have any pics of your AB on its exotic adventures? That would be a cool thread! Cool pics of loungers hats on adventures!

I received the lid from Steve with the brim up in back. I didn't notice in Raider's that the brim was down, I just thought it would look better with it flat so I steamed it and laid on a hard surface for the night.

I gave the correct measurements to Steve when I ordered it, but despite trying to stretch it out it never fit correctly.

When I receive my new AB, hopefully by the end of December, I'm going to send it immmediately to my custom guy for a reblock using my exact head shape. We all have little bumps and whatnot on our heads, and while Steve is a true craftsman, he uses only stock sizes. I want my next AB to not only match my true size but my head shape as well.

Glad you liked it Indycop!

I think there has been one somewhere. My Avatar shows me at Machu Picchu after 4 days on the Inca Trail.

You did bring your wife back from dead woman pass right?
Those are awesome pics!!!!

HA! Yes, she made it back. When in Peru and at that altitude, the only thing that can get you through is coca leaves. The Peruvians have chewed them for centuries and they help tourists, too...KC

Uh you know that supposed to produce some of the same effect as the other 'stuff' made from coca leaves!
Is the only way to get there by hiking 4 days? Did you sleep on the trail?

Nah, it just helps with altitude and fear of heights. My wife is a physician, does no drugs of any kind, but found that coca leaves really help with certain things. As soon as you arrive at your Cuzco hotel, they give you coca tea. Chewing the leaves straight just gives you the same effect, only more so.

You can get to Machu Picchu either by the Trail or by train. Most people go there by train. Yes, the Inca Trail is four days, so you sleep on it three nights...KC
