My latest ... a Resistol

Nicely done RBH.

I'm real happy with my Resistol also. Found mine in a vintage shop, without a sweatband and the wrong size. Stretched it up 2 sizes with a Hat Jack and then rolled the "step" left in the crown out with steam and a pint glass (pre-emptied of course). I then sent it off to Cleveland for a new sweatband. They re-applied the hat-band ribbon and put in the liner.

I wear it equally with my Open Road.

I do like the Alpine crease, I just dont think it looks good on me..

I don't know if I have the will to do the kind of great job you are doing.

Douglas.. even with your great collection I am surprised you have not tried this yet.
There is just something about taken something and making something else out of it.
