My first suit

well- it's been a bit of a pain finding a suit that fits me that doesn't cost a fortune.
It's not vintage, but I think it should do nicely, and the price was hard to beat.

It's not my style and I personally don't buy anything that's younger than 1950 anymore, but 10$ is a nice deal for nearly every suit! (Except the wild 1970s clothes! For those you should get money when you buy them!lol )

Well- it came today.
It fits so well it's scary. Finding pants with a 32 waist 35 inseam is a pain to do, even in jeans, so for these to come in and fit like they were made for me just made my day.

On the jacket, I'm going to have the button which buttons moved over about an inch, as it pulls slightly when buttoned. That shouldn't be a hard thing to do.

If you want to get a more vintage look, you may should take it to a taylor and let him make a 2 button SB suit with a tapered waist on the coat. But hey, who am I to tell you what you should do! It's simply what I'd do.

Exactly what I was thinking. I was going to not say anything about the color after looking at the Ebay link, but it looks far better in your picture and you've got the matching hat and spectators - looks great!
