My first jacket, after 25 years: the used look

About the topic of jacket use, this is the first jacket I bought, taylored by order, 25 years ago. During more than two decades it was used by me, my wife and my son, and my daughter in their twenties ask me to wear it. It’s hardly used but I only restored the liner one time and, each year, I use Pecard to protect the surface. I have not idea about the hide is made, and you can believe me, is almost a part of my life (the best years!)

I love those pocket flaps and the rather trim overall fit. Good you stayed in shape!!

The leather appears to be spray finished cowhide which has lost much of its original surface dye. I also like the collar which looks a bit like an oversized mandarin collar.
