I always have liked this movie.
Tom Horn starring the late great Steve McQueen.
I bought a hat like this one from River Junction Trade Co. a few years ago.

Here are some photos of the 25th Anniversary Reunion of the movie "Tombstone". Michael Biehn (Johnny Ringo) signed the "Ringo" hat I made for the auction, while Frank Stallone (Ed Bailey) signed the "Frank McLaury" hat I made. I was honored Peter Sherayko (Texas Jack) wore the hat I made him for his birthday 2 years ago. 36563428_1984926831540739_7264242723626942464_n.jpg 36063475_2429853050362092_5846964564612087808_n.jpg 36355992_2429853153695415_221171694549598208_n.jpg 36594168_2440185185995545_1398924020002324480_n.jpg 36685994_2440185235995540_8344045764388847616_n.jpg

This movie comes out in a couple of weeks. From this trailer, it looks like a lot of vintage style hattishness. Enjoy.

I went to see the "Christopher Robin" movie today with my wife, daughter, and grandson. The reviews I read, prior to, were scattered, some good, some meh.
I am glad to say it was a wonderful movie. Very gentle, hearkening back to an earlier time. I needed it, after a hectic week. Everyone from kids to grandparents in the theater seemed to have the same experience. I felt much better as I left the theater.
The vintage clothing and hats were very well done. Some times they go overboard, but this seemed very authentic, and not "in your face". Time period, I assume, was probably supposed to be (mostly) early to mid 1950's England.
Ewan McGregor's character had a very nice mid-grey fedora.
