Cinderella Man with Russell Crowe has a great number of hats in it. I think each time this movie comes on I find myself watching it all the way through.

just saw Noah Baumbach's While We Were Young and Adam Driver and Ben Stiller rocked some interesting fedoras. Particularly liked Driver's:

I like this hat Gregory Peck wore in the movie, "Yellow Sky"

I like Ann Baxter too!

Now Peck's is a sharp Western/cavalry hat. It looks like in pic 2, Peck's character has worn it for so long, there's a little hole at the very top of the pinch, like the one Bogart's Fred C. Dobbs wears. I like that moderate, rolled brim, too.

I wonder how wide the brim is on his hat with the brim roll....

It's a great looking hat. Don't think the brim is that wide though . The symmetry is perfect and what I would consider to be the golden triangle ie the distance across brim of hat and angle down to the bottom of his jaw on both sides is damn near perfect and what gives it that aesthetic balance or perfect proportion.

Here's the Yellow Sky trailer. It gives a little more perspective on Peck's hat in the movie.

Will Smith in costume as Floyd Lawton/Deadshot in the upcoming D.C. comics Suicide Squad movie.

I'm thinking that's gotta be a custom Optimo melusine. It's real shiny, and has that taper that Graham likes.

Strapped, that picture just took me back. That was my first childhood impression of a fedora that I can remember. I love those Bugs Bunny cartoons. Those were REAL cartoons!

Then you ought to really enjoy this. Rocky and his pal Mugsy in all their gangster glory. Warning - these cartoons shouldn't be seen by the current generation of kids. Apparently watching them will give them terrible ideas that they'll actually try, then blame it on the cartoon as a bad influence instead of taking responsibility for their actions.

This is the first time I've seen a Strat with a pin. For the life of me I can't remember what movie I took this picture from.

I thought it was cool that here you have proof that this was an actual Stratoliner not another brand's copy. This could be "Without a Doubt". I took the picture months ago just forgot to post it.
