It basically means no signs of external trauma or foul play, death caused by some internal disease or organ failure. He may or may not have known he had issues that put him at risk. An autopsy will ultimately prove COD. At least that's the way I always take it to mean.And they've been saying "natural causes" as well. Wonder what that means.
