Not vintage at all but this was my 883 Sportster. <3 I no longer ride but as soon as my youngest turns 18 I will head back to the Harley dealer. ;)

I just love these pictures of girls with old bikes, especially the vintage bikes of the 20s and 30s.
Modern bikes too. There are some nice new Harley Davidson models based on the older bike designs.
Anymore female riders past or present?

The Deluxe that Harley has now just makes me swoon. My husband used to ride the Heritage Springer, that sure was a pretty bike. Lots of curves. ;)

Love these photos, especially the ones of your folks, Miss Golightly! I grew up in a family of men who turned up the cuffs on their jeans, slicked back their hair and rode into the sunset on their Harleys. Very cool.

Great pics all of them!

Shebear I think your pic fits right in and Missgolightly your dad looks like what a lot of us are trying to be. A classic pose there.

Conrad5157 - Thank you! I love what both my parents are wearing in the photos - you could wear the very same clothes today and still look incredibly cool and put together - the same cannot be said for a lot of casual clothing these days!

To me just about all the Harleys are based on older bike designs, with the exception of the V-rod. :D

I was in a 60-mph motorcycle accident almost three months ago and was lucky to literally walk away from it. I ended up trading in both the bike that was wrecked and my other bike for a brand new Harley Road King police bike. It makes me swoon! Still haven't gotten an overwhelming amount of photos of it; I'm too busy riding it! But it does look both modern and vintage at the same time. I'm a lucky gal!

I do apologise, if this link appeared here before - Girl NFS motorcycle despatch riders in training - still, maybe someone finds it interesting :).
And here's a photo of Elsie Knocker, more known for her nursing service during WWI, but also keen motorcyclist (after 'Elsie and Mairi Go to War. Two Extraordinary Women on the Western Front' by Diane Atkinson)

Greetings

I love these images! Not even close to the coolness factor of Bessie Stringfield, but cute:
