That's one of the principal benefits of trade association membership... It's one of the only places where you can avoid anti-trust scrutiny for rubbing shoulders with your competitors. OF COURSE, the lawyers have fouled even THAT up by reciting a standard disclosure that says: "Any conversation that strays into verbotten territory will be brought to an immediate close..."jamespowers said:That is an interesting association as there were several there that were likely competitors who sat down for dinner right next to each other.
